Another day...

7:40AM: It's the beginning of another day. Starting with some elliptical machine during Open Gym, the a breakfast of French Toast. Delicious but way to small. And it kills me, I'm starving, they won't let me have any more and Holly can't even finish hers. Going "over the wall" and raiding a pizza place is sounding better and better by the minute...

11:00AM: Did the stop sign again today, made it in an hour and 45 minutes! Woohoo! Holly did the Overlook and reverse Stop Sign again today, but wasn't able to go down the dirt road to the overlook since they had it blocked of to use a crane to haul a vehicle up from down below where some lady killed herself last week by driving off of the overlook. The State Park Ranger and Ivins Firefighters were down below supporting the removal.

6:22PM: Another tough day. Denae got us splishing and splashing during Aquacise. Fun but tough. Then lunch of a fabulous artichoke-potato soup with a so-so bean tostada. Sharon gave us our after lunch lecture. The guy who was supposed to do our afternoon classes hurt his back so Sharon got roped into teaching the afternoon classes. So we had toning/exercise ball then step class. Complete exhaustion... Then Tai Chi to finish off the afternoon.

Dinner was pasta with califlower (I got it without the califlower) and for desert, brownies.

At seven we have a Cardio Theatre class. Not looking forward to this way of killing an evening.

7:20PM: For Cardio Theatre, they showed Reservoir Dogs. Watched about ten minutes of it and decided that I really didn't want to watch any more or work out any more on the elliptical machine. When I called it a night, Holly crawled off of the bicycle machine she was on and joined me in coming back to the room. She's in the shower right now washing off the afternoon's sweat. What a long hard week. Tomorrow should be a nice day hiking in Zion. I hope Holly has a better night's sleep tonight. She's been having trouble sleeping through the night with the soreness and muscle pain.
