Stop! In the name of the Sign...

1:40PM: Monday and it's another Stop Sign hike! Started with Open Gym. What a zoo! This week was just a wee bit overbooked... and 40 people trying to jam into the gym didn't work to well. This will definitely be a week to show up either way early or way late for open gym in order to get a machine. Breakfast was really good,: a whole wheat bagel with egg whites and turkey bacon & a side of fruit.
Every got together for our 8AM hike up to the stop sign. It was nice to be in shape enough to not be even close to the last person. I got to the top and did the hike out to the Snow Canyon Overlook. Cam came and picked me up instead of waiting for me to come back since he realized that we were running late. Holly hung back a little on the hike to stay with one of the new guests who was having a little trouble making the hike and needed some encouragement. But Wenda made it! Way to go Wenda! Holly's the best, the world would be much better if more people were like her. When we got back, they split us into two groups, one group doing Circuit Training while we did Aquacise. The lunch. starting with a salad, then an oriental vegetable soup, followed by a pita stuffed with salad with a side salad. That's right: salad with an appetizer of salad and a side of salad. I am so sick of salad, I don't want to see another one EVER!

Holly says that all I do is blog, blog, blog, blog, blog, blog...

Time to start getting ready for Circuit class...

7:00PM: Well, Circuit Class kicked our butts again. An hour and a half of intense workout. Then an hour of Aikido. Ahh, and then dinner! It was chicken with purple mashed potatoes. desert was a scoop of fruit sorbet. Then to finish off the day, a half hour of Meditation class. Holly skipped meditation to go take a hot bath with Epsom salts. After class, I rushed back here and took a nice hot shower before all the slackers got back to there rooms to suck up all the hot water. Now it's time for some sleep.
