Staring a new week.

8:35AM: This morning came around with nightmares about people ruining my pizzas with broccoli when all I wanted was a slice of a good cheese pizza. Breakfast was a whole grain Belgium waffle with fruit and maple syrup. Then the famous weigh in.
Drum rolls please.....

Holly lost 3 pounds and 3 inches from her waist!!! I also lost three inches and 7 1/2 pounds but honestly, Holly's weight loss and inches lost is much more impressive since she also gave up smoking last Sunday. She's lost all that weight, done all those workouts while going cold turkey on the nicotine and alcohol. I'm afraid that Fitness ridge may be creating a monster that will bring their torturous workout ethics and dieting back to San Diego.

7:15PM: So after weigh in, we went to do laundry and some shopping for some necessities. Afterwards we came back and lounged around the facility. The photo's today are some shots of the wonderful and beautiful facilities here at Fitness Ridge. For dinner we had the same pasta salad that we had last week with a dessert similar ro last week only not chocolate. Not sure what flavor it was supposed to be. Those of us who have been here for a while agreed that it's been our least favorite of the desserts that Chef Cameron has fed us. Then all of us guests introduced ourselves and Denae gave the Fitness Ridge introduction lecture. Holly is now down in the gym putting a little extra time on the cardio machines in order to get herself pumped up for tomorrow's hike. For me, it's time to go examine the insides of my eyelids. Hope I don't have more dreams about the pizza I didn't get to eat today because everyplace (including the pizza places) in this crazy town closes on Sunday. I don't know how I'm going to make it on the 1200 calories a day this week. I'm starving and the meals aren't cutting it.
